RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN SECTION
11-3-2 PRELIMINARY PLATS AND SECTION 11-3-3 FINAL PLATS,
RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MINOR PLAT OF LOT 52
OF SUMMERLAND FARMS LOCATED WEST AND SOUTH OF 5508
SUMMERLAND DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-3-2 Preliminary
Plats and Section 11-3-3 Final Plats, relating to the approval of the Minor Plat of Lot 52 of
Summerland Farms located west and south of 5508 Summerland Drive, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July 2022.
