RESOLUTION NO. 2022-479
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE AND ASSOCIATES, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $72,000.00, FOR CONTINUED WORK ON
DOWNTOWN WATERLOO PLANNING EFFORTS,
REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN, RIVERFRONT
DEVELOPMENT, AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2023, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 18, 2022, between Vandewalle and
Associates, of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $72,000.00,
for continued work on downtown Waterloo planning efforts, redevelopment design, riverfront
development, and funding opportunities for fiscal year 2023, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July 2022.
