RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE BUSINESS DISASTER RECOVERY
FLOOD INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM WITH
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated August 2, 2010, for
the Business Disaster Recovery Flood Insurance Reimbursement
Program with the following business:
LM Holdings LC dba The Russell Lamson, LC,
209 W. 5 Street $391.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 2010.
