that the Minutes, as proposed, for the
Regular Session on Monday, June 20,
2022, at 5:30 p.m., be accepted and
approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Six. Motion

Objective: Update from Main Street
Waterloo._
Jessica Rucker. Executive Director Main
Street Waterloo, updated the council
regarding activities and vision for Man
Street Waterloo.
The Mayor and council members con-
gratulated Ms. Rucker tor her presenta-
tion, leadership, time and attention to her
work growing and developing the down-
town efforts.
