It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for 20 folding tables for
classrooms at the Hazardous Material Regional Training Center:

It was the recommendation of the Fire Chief that the low bid of
Matt Parrott & Sons Company in the amount of $1, 316 . 80 be accepted.
It was moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that said recommendation
be approved. Ayes: Wright, Angel. Abstain: Buck. Motion
carried.
Discussion was heard on the request of the Fire Chief to purchase
firefighting equipment as follows:
Smeal Fire Equipment ( 9) Pair Boots @ $74 . 50 pair $ 673 . 20

It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that authorization be
given to purchase said items. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for health risk assessments for
fire rescue personnel:

Two Alternates:
1 . Respirator Use - Physical Qualification Exam

It was the recommendation of the Fire Chief that the bid of
Covenant At Work for health risk assessments and Allen Occupational
Health Services for the respirator exam, chest x-ray and EKG be
approved. It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that
authorization be given to accept said bids. Ayes: Three. Motion
carried.
The request of the Fire Chief for authorization to repair M.S.A.
Model 260 for use at the Hazardous Material Regional Training
