It was moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Ayes : Two. Absent: Buck. Motion
carried.
The request of Waterloo Fire Rescue for permission to purchase used
chairs for the Hazardous Material Regional Training Center from C
& G Office Products in Waverly, Iowa at a cost of $15 per chair was
reviewed. The total cost of the purchase of said 60 chairs is
$900. It was moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that authorization
be given to purchase said used chairs. Ayes : Two. Absent: Buck.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Angel, seconded by Wright that authorization be
given to Waterloo Fire Rescue for permission to seek bids for
annual fitness screening for Waterloo Fire Rescue uniform
personnel. Ayes: Two. Absent: Buck. Motion carried.
It was moved by Angel, seconded by Wright that the bills payment be
approved as contained in Schedule A918 , pp. 1 - 57 in the amount of
$1, 554 , 216 . 66 , dated July 26 , 1993 . Ayes: Two. Absent: Buck.
Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned at 6 : 36 p.m.
