It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Motion carried. The following quotes were reviewed for asphalt products necessary to accomplish the F.Y. 1993 Oiling Program: Unit Prices Bid Product Quantity Koch Mat. Bituminous Mat. Dubuque, IA W. Des Moines, IA HFMS-2S 250, 000 gal. $ . 4733 $ . 40 CSS-1 25, 000 gal. $ . 18 $ . 11 Total Bid: $140 , 337 . 10 $117 , 550 . 00 It was the recommendation of the Superintendent of Streets that the low bid of Bituminous Materials & Supply Company be approved. It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that said recommendation be approved. Motion carried. It was moved by Wright, seconded by Buck that the Police Chief be given authorization to sell through a sealed bid process two forfeited vehicles registered to the City of Waterloo and owned by the Tri-County Drug Task Force. These vehicles include a 1982 Harley Davidson motorcycle and a 1981 Cadillac . Proceeds will be directed to the Tri-County Drug Task Force. It was moved by Wright, seconded by Buck that said request be approved. Motion carried. It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that a sewer refund in the amount of $47 .70 for 1449 Easton Avenue, a garbage refund in the amount of $61 . 60 for 204 Conger Street and a garbage and sewer refund for 38502 Logan Avenue in the amount of $187 . 80 be approved. Motion carried. It was moved by Angel, seconded by Wright that the bills payment be approved as contained in Schedule A918 , pp. 1 - 50 in the amount of $1 , 107 , 132 . 30 , dated May 3 , 1993 .
