Members present: Chairperson Angel, Wright.
Members absent: Buck.
It was moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that a garbage refund for
227 W. 4th Street, in the amount of $94 . 80 , be approved. Motion
carried.
The request of the Park Department for authorization to purchase a
replacement cab unit for a snowblower purchased from Waterloo
Implement in November, 1992 was reviewed. The inexpensive cab unit
has resulted in constant repair and an expected short life
expectancy. Waterloo Implement has agreed to provide a higher
quality cab unit for an additional $405 . It was moved by Wright,
seconded by Angel that authorization be given to purchase the
upgraded cab unit for the previously purchased snowblower. Motion
carried.
It was moved by Angel, seconded by Wright that the bills payment be
approved as contained in Schedule A918 , pp. 1 - 54 in the amount of
$469 , 977 . 48, dated January 19, 1993 . Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned at 6 : 45 p.m.
