Members present: Chairperson Angel, Wright and Buck.
It was moved by Buck, seconded by Angel that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for auctioneer services for the
city auction to be held on Saturday, June 13 , 1992 :

It was the recommendation of the Clerk/Auditor that the bid of
Cornbelt Auctions be approved. It was moved by Buck, seconded by
Angel that said recommendation be approved. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for a Flail mower for right-of-way
mowing operations for the Park Department:

The following bids were reviewed for an outfront mower for use in
the downtown area for the Park Department:

Phelps Implement No Bid
It was the recommendation of the Director of Parks and Forestry
that the bid of Waterloo Implement in the amount of $4,025 for an
outfront mower and the bid of Ankeny Tractor in the amount of
$3 , 300 for a flail mower be approved. It was moved by Buck,
seconded by Angel that said recommendation be approved. Motion
carried.
The following quotes were reviewed for five-part Iowa Uniform
Citation and Complaint forms for the Police Department:

It was the recommendation of the Police Chief that the low bid of
G. A. Thompson Company in the amount of $1, 200, plus shipping, be
approved. It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that said
recommendation be approved. Motion carried.
