It was moved by Buck, seconded by Angel that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Motion carried.
Wright now present at 6: 31 p.m.
The request of the Transportation Department for authorization to
purchase 18 trees for the 300 block of West Fourth Street was
reviewed. Money was allocated for this expenditure during project
development. It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that
• authorization be given to purchase said trees. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for the purchase of a slide
projector for the Fire Department Hazardous Material Training

It was the recommendation of the Fire Chief that the low bid of
Waldens in the amount of $826. 50 be approved. It was moved by
Buck, seconded by Wright that said recommendation be approved.
Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for the purchase of ALS Trauma
Kits for the Waterloo Fire Rescue ambulances:

Chief Stapella reported that the trauma kits are six to seven years
old and are in need of replacement and are a regularly budgeted
replacement item. It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that
the recommendation of the Fire Chief to accept the low bid of
Emergency Medical Products in the amount of $672 be approved.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Wright, seconded by Buck that the garbage refund in
the amount of $71 . 10 for 923 W. Mullan Avenue be approved. Motion
carried.
