Members present: Chairperson Angel, Wright and Buck.
It was moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that the agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for the purchase of two
mobile radios and one base station package for the Traffic
Operations Department:

Radio Communications $1,743 . 00
Motorala C & E 2,095. 00
Iowa Radio 2,396. 00
It was moved by Wright, seconded by Buck, that the low bid
of Radio Communications be approved. Motion carried.
Bids were reviewed from Latta Company of Cedar Falls and
Pratt Audio-Visual & Video Corporation of Cedar Rapids for
audio/visual equipment for the Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center. It was the recommendation of the Clerk/Auditor that
the low bid of Pratt Audio-Visual be approved. It was moved
by Wright, seconded by Buck, that said recommendation be
approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Angel, seconded by Wright that the bills
payment be approved as contained in Schedule A918, pp. 1-47,
in the amount of $826,439. 11, and Schedule W900, pg. 1, in
the amount of $895. 00, dated January 8, 1990. Motion
carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting
was adjourned.
