It was the recommendation of the Public Works Director to accept the following bids:

II. Loader w/Tool Coupler
The low bid of Altorfer Equipment Co. for a Caterpillar IT28B and the secondary
proposal for a additional power unit.
Initial Bid = $26,932
Second Unit = $58,802
Total Cost = $85,734
III. Snow Blower
The low bid of Herman M. Brown Co. for a Wildcat M-8000 without extended
warranty.
Total Cost = $31,900
IV, Street Sweeper
The low bid of Herman M. Brown Co. for a Vangard 3000 without extended warranty.
Total Cost = $34,257
V. Crack Filler - Melter Applicator
The low bid of Construction Materials Corp. for a Cimline 100.

The low bid of Motorola, Inc. for a MAXTRAC 100 and exercise option to purchase
20 units rather than base bid of 14 units.
Total Cost = $12,055
Moved by Buck, seconded by Angel that said recommendations be approved. Motion
carried.
The Bills Payment was referred to the City Council.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned.
