Members present: Chairperson Angel, Wright, Buck.
Moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that the Agenda, as amended to
add Item No. 4 under Old Business, "Recommendation of proposals
for rough-in plumbing work for East Park Avenue Ramp--
Superintendent of Motor Vehicle Parking" be approved. Motion
carried.
The following bids were reviewed for fitness screening for Fire
Department personnel:
Allen Memorial Hospital
$24. 00 for six (6) tests or assessments
$72. 34 for Alternate 1
Covenant Medical Center
$17 .00 for six ( 6) tests or assessments
$65. 00 for Alternate 1
It was the recommendation of the Fire Department to accept the
low bid of Covenant Medical Center. Moved by Buck, seconded by
Wright that said recommendation be approved. Motion carried.
The following proposals were reviewed for preliminary survey work
and site plan preparation for the proposed construction of a
storage building at the Street Department garage site:

Moved by Wright, seconded by Buck that the recommendation of the
Public Works Director to accept the bid of Wayne Claassen
Engineering & Surveying, Inc. in the amount of $800 be approved.
Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for printing the City of
Waterloo' s Leap to the Future Plan:

Moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that the recommendation of the
Planning and Development Director to accept the bid of Matt
Parrott & Sons be approved. Ayes: Angel, Wright. Abstain:
Buck. Motion carried.

restroom facilities for personnel at the East Park Avenue Parking
Ramp:
