Members absent: Buck
It was moved by Angel, seconded by Wright that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Motion carried.
The following quotes were reviewed for a test and measurement
systems/3M for a Cable Fault Locater:

Midwest Equipment, Inc.
573A/P Cable Fault Locater $ 2 , 365 . 00
850 A/F Tracer with 5120 Clamp $ 2 , 484 . 25
It was moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that the low bid of
Midwest Equipment, Inc. for a 573A/P Cable Fault Locater in the
amount of $2 , 365 . 00 be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that authorization be
given to the Superintendent of the Motor Vehicle Parking
facilities to install at the Motor Vehicle office the telephone
system formerly housed at the Street Department at an approximate
installation cost of $800 . 00 . Motion carried.
It was moved by Angel, seconded by Wright that the bills payment
be approved as contained in Schedule A918 , pp. 1-58 , totaling
$1 , 120 , 295 . 55 and Schedule W900 , p. 1 , totaling $600. 00 , dated
June 13 , 1988 . Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
