Members present: Chairperson Angel, Wright and Buck.
Moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that the Agenda, as proposed,
be approved. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for the Municipal Infraction
Citation Forms:

Matt Parrott & Sons $215.75
Karen' s Print-Rite $158.27
Moved by Wright, seconded by Angel that the recommendation of the
Assistant City Attorney to accept the low bid of Karen' s
Print-Rite be approved. Ayes: Angel, Wright. Abstain: Buck.
Motion carried.
The request of the Police Chief to purchase night vision
equipment was reviewed. A quote from Special Service Company of
Garland, Texas was obtained in the amount of $5,000 . Funds are
available in the law enforcement trust fund line item of the
Police Department. Moved by Buck, seconded by Wright that said
purchase be approved. Motion carried.
The request of the Superintendent of Central Garage to sell an
old used dump box in the amount of $300 was reviewed. Moved by
Wright, seconded by Buck that the offer of Lucas Asphalt Paving
in the amount of $300 be approved and said sale be authorized.
Motion carried.
Moved by Angel, seconded by Buck that bills payment be approved
as contained in A918, pp. 1-43 , in the amount of $299,028.73 and
Schedule W900, pp. 1-3, in the amount of $3,818. 60, dated April
4 , 1988. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
