Members present: Chairperson Angel, Willie Mae Wright, Dave Buck
It was moved by Dave Buck, seconded by Willie Mae Wright that the
Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Motion carried.
The request of the Fire Chief for authorization to purchase two
MSA air masks and four MSA air cylinders for a total of $3 ,000
was reviewed. It was moved by Willie Mae Wright, seconded by
Dave Buck that said request be approved. Motion carried.
The request of the Superintendent of the Water Pollution Control
Plant for authorization to purchase window coverings for the Water
Pollution Control Administration Building was reviewed. Bids
were received as follows:

Peterman & Haes, Inc. 1,595 . 00
Kirk Gross Company 1 , 022 . 00
It was the recommendation of the Water Pollution Control Plant to
accept the bid of Kirk Gross Company in the amount of
$1 ,022 . 00. It was moved by Dave Buck, seconded by Willie Mae
Wright that said recommendation be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Dave Buck, seconded by Willie Mae Wright that
bills payment be approved as contained in Schedule A918 , pp.
1-48, totalling $353 ,192. 89 and Schedule W900, pp. 1-9, totalling
$80. 44, dated February 1, 1988. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
