Members present: Chairperson Angel, Mrs. Wright, Mr. Buck
It was moved by Mrs. Wright, seconded by Mr. Buck that the
Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Motion carried.
The following bids were reviewed for a Camcorder for the Fire
Department:
Bidder Total Bid
World Radio $1,674 . 00
Dons' T.V. & Appliance $2, 088. 00
Porter' s Camera Store $1, 622. 95
It was the recommendation of the Fire Department to accept the
bid of World Radio in the amount of $1,674. It was moved by Mr.
Buck, seconded by Mrs. Wright that said recommendation be
approved. Motion carried.
The recommendation of the Building and Grounds Committee to
accept the boiler bid of Waterloo Boiler for City Hall was
reviewed. It was moved by Mr. Buck, seconded by Mrs. Wright that
said recommendation be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Mrs. Angel, seconded by Mr. Buck that a garbage
refund in the amount of $23 . 20 for 231 Madison Street be
approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Mr. Buck, seconded by Mrs. Angel that bills
payment be approved as contained in Schedule A918, pp. 1-61,
totalling $464,266. 69 and Schedule W900, pp. 1-4, totalling
$12,138.91, dated January 25, 1988. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
