HomeMy WebLinkAbout12/15/1980 FINANCE COMMITTEE December 15, 1980 City Hall , Waterloo, Iowa The Finance Committee of the City of Waterloo, Iowa met in the Mayor's Conference Room in City Hall at 6:30 P.M. on December 15, 1980. Council Member Dowie, presiding. On Roll Call : Dowie, Roehr, Wilharm, Bowers The Fire Department's recommendation of the bids for the ambulance was given. They recommended the bid of Emergency Vehicle Sales & Service. It was moved by Wilharm, seconded by Bowers to accept this bid in the amount of $22,980.00. The City's participation in subdivision improvements was discussed. Discussion involved past practices and procedures of asking for City participation in oversizing of storm and sanitary sewers in subdivisions. The proposed resolution was discussed and changes made. All developers and engineers will be forwarded a revised copy of the resolution and it will be placed on the City Council Agenda of December 22, 1980. It was moved by Roehr, seconded by Bowers to approve the following bills: DEPT.
