The Finance Committee of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in the Mayor's
Conference Room in City Hall at 6:30 P.M. on March 26, 1979.
Council Member Dowie presiding.
On roll call, Present: Dowie and Roehr. Absent: Getty and Wilharm.
Council Member Dowie stated there was a lack of a quorum and the meeting
was closed.
