The Finance Committee of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in the Mayor's Con-
ference Room in City Hall at 6:32 P.M. on February 26, 1979.
Councilman Getty, Chairman, presiding.
On roll call: Present: Dowie, Getty, Roehr, Wilharm.
Chairman Getty stated the Building Official wanted a key steel gate for up-
stairs hallway to secure the police area at a cost of $324.00. Approved.
Further, Chairman Getty, stated the Finance Director wanted to close out
various capital improvement contract funds on which work has been completed
and wanted to transfer the funds in the amount of $725,898.31 to close
them out of City books. Approved.
Sewer Supt. Huntley informed the Committee he lost a steamer today and it
would take $300 on up to get it fixed and Moore Engineering was about the
only place we could get it fixed. Approved.
Mayor asked that he get prices first.
Chairman Getty called the meeting closed.
