I hereby request financial approval in order to close out various capital
improvement contract funds on which work has been completed. The capital
improvement contract funds listed below have been approved by the City
Engineer and the City Planning Department as having been completed.
Therefore, I request your approval',to make the following transfer of funds
in order to close them out on the City Books.
