The Finance Committee of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall at 6:30 P.M. on February 12, 1979.
Cotnzcilman. Getty, Chairman, presiding.
On roll call: Present: Wilharm, Getty, Dowie and Roehr.
Chairman Getty called the meeting to order.
Chairman Getty called for any business to be brought before the Committee.
Wilharm noted the budget hearing would be March 1st and asked if there would be a
preliminary informal review before the public hearing. It was pointed out this was
scheduled for Thursday, February 22nd at a time and place to be set.
Chairman Getty asked if anyone had heard from the Fire Chief on the bids submitted
on the fire truck with telesquirt. 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 13, 1979 at the
Headquarters Fire Station was set as the time and place of meeting of Finance
Committee, Safety Committee and Fire Chief.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Dowie that this meeting be closed. Motion carried.
