Moved by Luce, seconded by Blitsch to approve the 12/20/06 Agenda as amended. Motion
carried.
Moved by Blitsch, seconded by Luce to approve the 11/29/06 Minutes as mailed. Motion carried.

Update
Downtown Area Maintenance Foreman—Leisure Services
Position posted as a promotional in all City departments. Four employees submitted a resume.
Will be conducting interviews after the holidays.
NEW RIJSINESS
The job descriptions and testing criteria for Cable Television Production Assistant— City Clerk's
Office was presented for approval. The Human Resources Committee, on 12/18/06, approved
beginning the Civil Service process. There is a vacancy due to a resignation. There aren't any
changes in the job description and testing criteria. Moved by Blitsch, seconded by Luce to
approve the job description and testing criteria for Cable Television Production Assistant — City
Clerk's Office. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Commission, moved by Blitsch, seconded by Luce to adjourn.
Motion carried.
