RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A NEW FIRE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
Chief to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, and preliminary estimate of cost, etc., for the
Purchase of a New Fire Truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications, bid
document, form of contract, and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc., and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, and preliminary estimate of cost, etc., be, and the
same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 2010.
