Amendment to
LEASE AGREEMENT
This Amendment to Lease Agreement (the "Lease") is entered into as of 6I��
2022, by and between the City of Waterloo, Iowa ("Landlord") and Cedar Valley outq/ h Soccer
Association ("Tenant").
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant are parties to that certain Lease Agreement dated as of
August 3, 1998 (the "Lease") conceming real property as described therein; and
WHEREAS, Tenant has exercised its option to renew the Lease for an additional term of
10 years; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Lease to add additional land on the terms set
forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained
herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. The premises that are the subject of the Lease are amended to add the real
property described on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto to the real estate previously described on
Exhibit A of the Lease. The real estate described on Exhibit A and Exhibit A-1 is subject to all
of the terms and conditions of the Lease.
2. Except to the extent amended by this instrument, the Lease shall continue
unmodified in full force and effect. The Lease and this Amendment are binding upon and shall
inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns. This Amendment
may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to Lease
Agreement by their duly authorized representatives as of the date first set forth above.

That part of the West 80 acres of the East 155.25 acres of the North Fractional half of Section 1,
Township 88 North, Range 14 West of the 5`n P.M., Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying within the
Northeast Fractional Quarter of Section 1, Township 88 North, Range 14 West of the 5`" P.M.,
excepting therefrom Parcel "A" described in 329 Misc 555.
Said area is depicted on the Retracement Plat of the Survey dated December 7, 2021 and
recorded December 7, 2021 as Document No. 2022-11980.
Subject to easements, covenants and restrictions of record.
