RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT TO
APPLY FOR STATE OF IOWA I -JOBS PROGRAM AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID NOTICE OF INTENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Intent to Apply for State of Iowa I -Jobs
Program dated August 2, 2010, by and between the State of Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 2010.
