RESOLUTION NO. 2022-488
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESOURCES ENHANCEMENT
AND PROTECTION GRANT APPLICATION, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $193,890.00 WITH NO REQUIRED CITY
MATCH, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GREENBELT LAKE
IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Resources Enhancement and Protection Grant application dated August 1, 2022, between
the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$193,890.00, with no required city match, in conjunction with the Greenbelt Lake Improvements
Phase 2 Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August 2022.
