RESOLUTION NO. 2022-497
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE AUDUBON HILLS SECOND
ADDITION, PERFORMED BY OWEN CONTRACTING, INC.,
OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND JESUP LAND
IMPROVEMENT CO., OF JESUP, IOWA, AND RECEIVE AND
FILE A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Owen Contracting, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Jesup Land Improvement
Co., of Jesup, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the Audubon Hills Second Addition, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Owen Contracting, Inc., and Jesup Land Improvement, Co., completed the
aforementioned project in accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications of
this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements of the
Audubon Hills Second Addition, submitted by Townsend Engineering and performed by Owen
Contracting, Inc., and Jesup Land Improvement, Co., is hereby approved, and the two (2) year
maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August 2022.
