RESOLUTION NO. 2022-503
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR VALLEY YOUTH SOCCER
ASSOCIATION, FOR A 10-YEAR EXTENSION AND
ADDITION OF LAND LOCATED AT 3031 WEST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE FOR THE USE OF SOCCER ACTIVITIES, AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the amendment to the Lease Agreement with Cedar Valley Youth Soccer Association, for a 10-
year extension and addition of land located at 3031 West Ridgeway Avenue for the use of soccer
activities, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August 2022.
