The third paragraph of Page 2 of the Minutes of April 23 , 1991 should contain a sentence indicating the Commission members wanted notification of who was appointed to the position of Medical Supervisor. The Minutes were approved as amended. UNFINISHED BUSINESS The Civil Service List for Collection Systems Foreman and a letter requesting permission to hire from a promotional list with less than three names was presented for certification. This position is a result of the reorganization of Water Pollution and Sewer. Oral examinations were held on May 22, 1991 by a panel composed of Jack Loynachan, Larry Cunningham, and Cheryl Huddleston.
