Members Present: R. Greenwood, R Schmitt, Getty, Hart, Welper, Haywood and Zeiner. Also present
were Washington, Wessels and Anderson.
Absent: Steve Schmitt, Carolyn Cole.
Meeting called to order at 8:10am by Mr. Schmitt
Motioned by Welper and seconded by Zeiner to approve the agenda. Ayes: All
Motined by Getty, seconded by Welper to approve the minutes from the 11-20-08 Meeting. Ayes: All
Motioned by Welper, seconded by Hart to approve the following Travel Requests: Ayes: All
Ethel Washington to attend IHOEP Board meeting in Des Moines on 1-23-09
Ethel.Washington to attend Director's meeting in Charles City on 2-18-09
John Lenius to attend the IAHO Traning in Waterloo on April 8-10`h 2009
Ethel Washington and 2 Housing Coordinators to attend NAHRO Conference in Des Moines on April 21-
23`d, 2009
Motioned by Getty, seconded by Welper to approve the renewal of the Happy Software Contract in the
amount$5,550.00 Ayes: All
Motioned by Hart, seconded by Getty to begin the 45 day comment period. Ayes: All
Motioned by Getty, seconded by Hart to approve and accept the offers for purchase on the homes at 313
and 319 Monroe. Ayes: All
Motioned by Hart, seconded by Welper to approve and accept the bid from Matt Parrott for the purchase
of chairs for the Community Room at Ridgeway Towers Ayes: All
Motioned by Welper, seconded by Getty to approve and place on file the Housing Authority report for
leasing, Hap and Admin Fee utilization. Ayes: All
Motioned by Hart, seconded by Welper to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned.
