ON SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th
day of August 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, 10 approve a request by
the City of Waterloo for a Site Plan
Amendment to the "M-2,P- Planned
Industrial District, to allow for the
construction of parking lot canopies
located at 2790 Livingston Lane, legally
described as follows:
THAT PART OF SECTION 4 AND
SECTION 5 IN T89N, R13W, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, DESCRI-
BED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT
THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTER-
LINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE AS
PLATTED AND THE CENTERLINE OF
LIVINGSTON LANE AS PRESENTLY
ESTABLISHED; THENCE NORTHWEST-
ERLY, SOUTHWESTERLY, AND
SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE CEN-
TERLINE OF LIVINGSTON LANE TO ITS
INTERSECTION WITH THE CENTER-
LINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE; THENCE
NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE CEN-
TERLINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall. Waterloo, lowo, bofore-thodate
set for said hearing.
