Notice is hereby given that on the 15th
day o1 August 2022, at 5:30 p.m. In the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a request by
Camenzind Masonry for a Site Plan
Amendment to the 'M-2,P" Planned
Industrial District to allow for construction
of a 10,800 square foot Office/Warehouse
facility and 7,000 square foot Business
Condominium located east of 2210
Leversee Road, legally described as
follows:
