RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO KBBG RADIO
TO HOLD KBBG-FM'S 34TH ANNUAL PARADE ON
AUGUST 21, 2010.
WHEREAS, KBBG Radio has made written application to the City
Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold
KBBG-FM's 34th Annual Parade on August 21, 2010, and
WHEREAS, said parade will start at 10:00 a.m., with route to
begin at Gates Park on Lester & E. 4th Streets, then south on
Linn to Newell Streets, right onto Newell Street, left to E. 4th
Street to Sumner Street, left onto Mobile Street and end at KBBG
Radio on the corner of Mobile and Newell Streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of KBBG Radio to hold KBBG-FM's
34th Annual Parade on August 21, 2010, starting at 10:00 a.m.,
with route to begin at Gates Park on Lester & E. 4th Streets,
then south on Linn to Newell Streets, right onto Newell Street,
left to E. 4th Street to Sumner Street, left onto Mobile Street
and end at KBBG Radio on the corner of Mobile and Newell Streets,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
