RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COST IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011
SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 10,
CONTRACT NO. 781.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of
cost for the F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone
10, Contract No. 781, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said the City Engineer did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the F.Y. 2011
Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 10, Contract No. 781,
which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-633 on
July 19, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 9,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program - Zone 10, Contract No. 781, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
