RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF THE F. Y.
2011 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM -
ZONE 10, CONTRACT NO. 781.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-699, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011
Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 10, Contract No. 781,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on August 9, 2010 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
