Subject to (a)easements, servitudes, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b) general utility and
right-of-way easements serving the property; and (c) restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and
other applicable law. Further subject to possibility of reverter of title as set forth in Development
Agreement between the parties recorded on July 27, 2022 as Doc. No. 2023-1553.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
