RESOLUTION NO. 2022-538
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE TURNOUT GEAR
REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Fire Chief of said City to prepare and file specifications, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction
with the Waterloo Fire Rescue Turnout Gear Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said specifications, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Fire Rescue Turnout Gear Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 15, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo
Fire Rescue Turnout Gear Replacement Project, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
