RESOLUTION NO. 2022-542
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH SOFSURFACES, INC., OF PETROLIA, CANADA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $85,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY2023 LAFAYETTE PARK PLAYGROUND RESURFACING
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Purchase Agreement dated August 15, 2022, between SofSurfaces, Inc., of
Petrolia, Canada and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $85,000.00, in conjunction
with the FY2023 Lafayette Park Playground Resurfacing Project, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
