RESOLUTION NO. 2022-543
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC CONSULTING GROUP FOR
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, COST ANALYSIS, QUALITY
ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE GROUND
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORT PROGRAM, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 15, 2022, between Public
Consulting Group, LLC, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for project management, cost analysis,
quality assurance and compliance with the Ground Emergency Medical Transport program, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
