RESOLUTION NO. 2022-548
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SMART CITY STRATEGIC
PLANNING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HONEYWELL
INTERNATIONAL, INC., OF ATLANTA GEORGIA FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF THE SMART CITY STRATEGIC PLAN,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Smart City Strategic Planning Services Agreement, dated August 15, 2022,
between Honeywell International, Inc., of Atlanta Georgia and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at no
cost to the city, for development of the Smart City Strategic Plan, is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
