RESOLUTION NO. 2022-524
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM CRYSTAL RHINES, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CHURCH ROW NEIGHBORHOOD
BLOCK PARTY, TO BE HELD AUGUST 28, 2022 FROM 4:00
P.M. TO 8:00 P.M., IN THE STREET AT ALLEN AND W. 3RD
STREETS, INCLUDING MUSIC AND THE USE OF A PA
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the Crystal Rhines has requested to hold the Church Row Neighborhood
Block Party August 28, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the street at Allen and W. 3rd
Streets, including music and the use of a PA system, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Crystal Rhines, to hold the Church Row Neighborhood
Block Party August 28, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the street at Allen and W. 3rd
Streets, including music and the use of a PA system, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
