RESOLUTION NO. 2022-532
RESOLUTION WAIVING THE AIRCRAFT LANDING FEES
FOR AMERICAN AIRLINES FOR THE REMAINING
MONTHS OF THE CURRENT TWO-YEAR AIRPORT AND
AIRLINE USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the resolution supporting the recommendation by Airport Staff to affirm the decision by the
Waterloo Regional Airport Board from their meeting on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, and to agree
to waive the aircraft landing fees for American Airlines beginning with a date yet to be
determined in CY-2023 or 2024, and only for the remaining months of the current two-year
Airport and Airline Use Agreement between the City of Waterloo dba Waterloo Regional
Airport, and American Airlines, Inc., is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
