RESOLUTION NO. 2022-534
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO
PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FINAL CLARIFIER
NO. 3 REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1067.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager to prepare and file bid documents, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2023 Wastewater Treatment Plant
Final Clarifier No. 3 Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 1067, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Division Manager did file said bid documents,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2023
Wastewater Treatment Plant Final Clarifier No. 3 Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 1067, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 15, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said bid documents, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2023 Wastewater Treatment Plant Final Clarifier No. 3 Rehabilitation
Project, Contract No. 1067, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with
said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
