RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO STREICHER'S
SUPPLY OF BUTLER, WISCONSIN, FOR PURCHASE OF
TACTICAL BODY ARMOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Streicher's Supply of Butler, Wisconsin, for
the Purchase of Tactical Body Armor, in the amount of $2,275.00
per unit, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said purchase in Resolution No. 2010-493, after
public hearing on June 21, 2010 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the only bid
received meeting all the listed criteria for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
