Members present: Chairperson Dowie, Miller and Seeber
It was moved by Miller, seconded by Dowie that the Agenda, as proposed, be
approved. Motion carried.
The following quotes were reviewed for the asphalt product to be used in
conjunction with the Recycled Asphalt Program:
Bidders Material Cost
Koch Materials Company $19,500
Bitucote Products Company $31,255
It was the recommendation of the Public Works Director to accept the low bid of
Koch Materials Company. It was moved by Seeber, seconded by Miller that said
recommendation be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Miller, seconded by Seeber that bills payment be approved as
contained in Schedule A, A900, pp. 1-41, totalling $277,803.86, dated August 3 ,
1987. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned.
