RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO SPACE AGE
SYNTHETICS, INC. OF FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA, FOR
PURCHASE OF YOUNG ARENA ICE FLOOR COVER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Space Age Synthetics, Inc., of Fargo, North
Dakota, in the amount of $83,800.00 for the Purchase of the Young
Arena Ice Floor Cover, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase in Resolution No. 2010-
672, after public hearing on August 2, 2010 on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
low bid for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
