Finance Committee Meeting
January 14, 1985
6:30 p.m.
Mayor's Conference Room
Members Present: Chairperson Dowie, Klinger, Getty.
It was moved by Klinger, seconded by Getty that the Central Garage
Superintendent be authorized to purchase a 5-ton hydraulic floor jack
at an approximate cost of $460.00. Motion carried.
It was moved by Getty, seconded by Klinger that authorization be
given to the Superintendent of the Central Garage to repair the floor
at the Central Garage at an approximate cost of $3,000 - $4,000.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Klinger, seconded by Dowie that the funding for the
cleaning and removal of led residue deemed to be hazardous material
at the Police Training Center be paid from property administration
budget in the Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission Budget
(010-08-855-1371) be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Klinger, seconded by Getty that all requisitions over
$300.00 be approved including the garbage refund for Mrs. James
Reidy, 2605 Fairlane Avenue. Motion carried.
It was moved by Getty, seconded by Klinger that all bills contained
in Resolution No. 1985-15, adopted by the City Council on January 14,
1985 be recommended for approval. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting
adjourned.
