Finance Committee Minutes
July 1 , 1985
Mayor's Conference Room
6:30 p.m.
Members present: Getty, Klinger. Members absent: Chairperson Dowie.
The Agenda was approved as proposed.
The review of Appraisal services for San Marnan Drive with Mr. Robert
Davis was reviewed. Due to the extremely large amount of appraisals
to be reviewed, additional outside services are needed. Robert
Davis has been referred by the Iowa Department of Transportation as
being highly qualified. His appraisal of the 11 properties on San
Marnan Drive will be at a cost $100 per review. It was moved by
Klinger, seconded by Getty that the Finance Committee recommend to
the Council that said contract be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Klinger, seconded by Getty that the garbage refund
for 309 Bertch Avenue in the amount of $17.40 be approved. Motion
carried.
It was moved by Klinger, seconded by Getty that the bills for payment
be recommended to the City Council for approval. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
