RESOLUTION APPROVING IOWA GREAT PLACES GRANT
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
CULTURAL AFFAIRS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Iowa Great Places Grant Agreement dated August 9, 2010,
for funding in the amount of $90,000.00, with 30 percent city
match, for the River Renaissance Trail, by and between the Iowa
Department of Cultural Affairs and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
